We all have those periods of the year when we just want to stay in bed all day, stare at the ceiling, and do nothing at all. Even though this is normal from time to time, if this feeling persists, there are a few tricks you can adopt to regain your motivation.

The main way to regain your motivation is to find enjoyment in what you are doing. You cannot be consistent with a task unless you enjoy it. Whenever you feel demotivated, try to find beauty and pleasure in your work.

On the other hand, we rely on external motivation when promising ourselves that we will eat our favorite dessert if we study for an extra 30 minutes.
